UK Campsite Finder was founded 2 years ago in 2008 whilst being a keen caravanner and campers myself.
I found it so hard to find a website that had enough information to look through and got tired of skipping from website to website and then being diverted to other websites with google advertising.
It started as a hobby and then progressed to a full time business, when I was made redundant from my sales job.
I have placed a video on this blog so you can see exactly how to maneuver around the site.
There are 6 main categories to choose Facility Search, Camping, Caravan and Motorhome Supplies and Accessories, Shows Events and Festivals, Camping Membership Discount Card Forum, Free Camping forum and how to Contact Us from the Home Page you can search the website by County or using the Facility search menu which means you can be more specific in choosing that ideal place an example ( you would like to take a dog and you need Disabled Facilities) well you just simply click the Facility Search menu and choose which ones best suit your needs.
When you have found the list of Campsites, Holiday Parks etc you can then click through each one by clicking on the sites name in the box to see an areal view of that particular site. There is a section to fill out and Add Your Review on a campsite.
Some of the Caravan Parks and Campsites have a bit more information with pictures and text and a link to their own personal website. These have large Gold Smileys next to their listing
On each Counties Page there is information about that county a list of Campsites, Caravan Parks and Holiday Parks and some links to Attractions and Things-To-Do in the area.
There is also an opportunity to receive special offers on Camping Sites, Caravan Touring Parks, Camping Caravan and Motorhome Suppliers and also Attractions across the UK.
All the participating Sites and Parks have a Camping Discount Card Accepted Logo.
